What to expect
Screen cleaning is a paid add on. We do not remove screens. If you take them out, we clean them for a fee. If they are left in, we clean the windows over them and let you know they can come out next time.
Tracks and skylights are not included. Hard water stains, mineral deposits, oxidation, paint and stickers are specialty work, so they are not included either.
Windows that have never been professionally cleaned may need a few maintenance cleanings to come out perfect.

What is the difference between window washing and window cleaning?
Window washing is the outside of your windows. We use a water-fed pole and purified water. Window cleaning is the inside. We clean the glass by hand with a scrubber and squeegee. You can book one or both.
Do you use ladders?
No. We reach upper windows from the ground with our water-fed pole system. A pole system also reaches tall interior glass safely.
Do you clean window screens?
Yes. Screen cleaning is a paid add on. We do not remove screens. If you take them out before we arrive, we clean them for a fee. If they are left in, we clean the windows over them and let you know they can come out next time.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
For the outside, very little. For the inside, clear the sills and the area in front of each window. Secured blackout curtains need to come down before we get there.
Will you open my windows?
No. Windows stay closed.
Can you remove hard water stains?
Hard water stains, mineral deposits, oxidation, paint and stickers are specialty work and are not included. Ask us for a specialty restoration quote.
Can I bundle window washing with a house wash?
Yes, and it is commonly done that way. For the best result on frames and sills, we recommend a house wash before window cleaning.
