30 Day Clean Guarantee

30 Day Clean Guarantee: if we missed anything, let us know within 30 days and we'll come back and make it right, free.

House washing, roof, concrete, deck and fence cleaning, and paver cleaning on its own: 30 days to tell us about anything we missed, and we come back and fix it free. Paver packages (clean, sand and seal, or clean and seal) and paver sanding and sealing: one 14 day window for the whole job, including the cleaning, and we inspect it free. We choose the fix, and our responsibility is limited to correcting our own work, up to the price you paid. Window cleaning: 3 days to tell us about streaks or missed panes. Gutter cleaning: 3 days, because new leaves and debris land fast.

Never covered, for any service: new dirt, bird droppings, rain or hard water spots, pollen, mold or algae growing back, and anything not on your estimate. Also never covered: damage from foot or car traffic, sprinklers or water before the sealer cures; repairs or changes made by anyone else; haze or cloudiness from ground moisture or a high water table (see section 8.8 of our Service Agreement); and joint sand in gaps wider than normal paver joints, like along the foundation or around pipes. For windows, also hard water stains, etching or scratches that were already on the glass. It isn't a refund. Our Service Agreement has the full terms.
