Privacy Policy

This page explains what information we collect when you visit our website or ask us for a quote, and what we do with it. We are Loukides Power Washing, based in Lewes, Delaware.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, you give us:

• Your name, email and phone number
• Your property address
• The service you want and whether the property is residential or commercial
• Any message you choose to write

We also record where your request came from. That means the page you were on, the ad or link you clicked, and the website that sent you to us. This tells us which ads and pages are working.

Like any website, our hosting provider sees basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

If you call or text us, we keep a record of that too.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and give you a price
• To schedule and do the work, and to send invoices
• To call, text or email you about your request and your job
• To see which ads and pages bring in customers
• To keep our records, meet legal and tax rules, and stop spam and fraud

Who we share it with

We use a few companies to run our business. They only get what they need to do their job for us:

• Housecall Pro, which holds our customer records, scheduling, invoices, and the texts and emails we send about your job
• GoHighLevel, which we use for text messaging and customer follow up
• Our secure server and database, which receive your quote request
• Cloudflare, which hosts our website and helps keep it secure
• Google and Meta, for website analytics and measuring how well our ads work
• Our email delivery provider, which sends us an alert if a quote request has a problem

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Ads, analytics and cookies

We run ads on Google and on Facebook and Instagram. When you click one of our ads, the link carries information about that ad so we know it worked.

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. These tools use cookies and similar technology to count visits and to see which ads and pages lead to quote requests. They collect things like the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location, and whether you asked for a quote. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or address to these tools.

We also use the Meta pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It uses cookies to record which pages you view and when you ask for a quote. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or address to Meta. You can manage ads you see in your Meta ad preferences.

Google may use this information under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or in your Google ad settings.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your request and your job. We only send text messages if you check a text message box on our form, and you choose which kind of texts you want. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also call us at (302) 841-5432 and ask us to stop. Read our Terms of Service for the full text message terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile number and your text message consent are never shared or rented to anyone for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet business, tax and legal needs. After that, we delete them or remove the details that identify you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Call or email us and we will respond in a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's law.

Security

We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfect security.

Children

Our website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
