Do you carry insurance and Workers Compensation?
Yes, both, and we'll send a Certificate of Insurance and a W-9 before you need to ask.
Can you invoice net-30?
Yes, that's standard for commercial accounts.
Do you only do contract work, or one-off jobs too?
Both. Most commercial accounts end up recurring, but we'll quote a single job just as easily.
What if something needs to be cleaned urgently?
For accounts on a maintenance plan, an urgent request is treated as our highest priority and we'll do everything we can to get to it the same day.
We have locations outside Sussex County. Do you travel?
For multi-location and chain accounts, yes. We service properties across Delaware and into Maryland, DC and Virginia.
