What a house wash does not include
Concrete, back and side porches, decks, outdoor showers and trash enclosures are not part of a house wash. Most are available as add ons or separate services.
Windows are rinsed but not cleaned. Specialty stain removal, including rust, oxidation, lichen and artillery fungus, is not included.
Washing can reveal oxidation that was already on older vinyl and aluminum siding. Full oxidation removal is a separate specialty service.

What does soft washing remove?
Mold, algae, mildew, dirt and pollen come off siding. On a roof, it removes black algae streaks. Heavy lichen or artillery fungus may improve, but complete removal is not included or guaranteed.
How do you protect my plants?
We wet down plants and lawn before we start and rinse them after. We also avoid spraying directly on outlets and fixtures.
Do I need to be home for it?
No. We just need access to an outdoor spigot and any gates.
Does soft washing clean my windows?
Windows are rinsed with water as part of a house wash, but they are not cleaned. Water spotting is possible. For spot-free glass, add our window washing service.
