Why isn't this priced per square foot?
The condition of the joints drives the work more than square footage does. We quote it over the phone based on what you tell us.
Can this be done in one visit?
No. The patio has to dry completely before we can re-sand the joints. Any water in the joints and the sand won't set. It's a two-visit job.
Do you seal the pavers too?
Sealing is a separate step after cleaning. See our paver sealing page for how that works.
