Terms of Service

Last updated: September 21, 2026

These Terms of Service cover your use of our website and our text message program. By using our website or agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Loukides Power Washing provides pressure washing and exterior cleaning for homes and businesses in Delaware and nearby areas. You can reach us at (302) 841-5432 or info@loukidespowerwashing.com.

Our text message program

Loukides Power Washing sends text messages to people who ask us for a quote or hire us. Non-marketing messages are about your quote request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and job status updates. If you also agree to marketing messages, we may send special offers, discounts and service updates.

You choose which messages you want. Each one is a separate, optional checkbox on our forms. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to request a quote or buy anything from us. We only send the kinds of texts you agreed to.

How to opt out and get help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (302) 316-0694. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@loukidespowerwashing.com or (302) 841-5432. You can also reply STOP to any text message we send you, from any of our numbers.

Message frequency and rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages as needed to handle your request and your job, so how often you hear from us varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://loukidespowerwashing.com/privacy-policy/

Following the rules

We follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and industry guidelines for text messaging.

Using our website

The information on our website is general. Asking for a quote does not book a job. We confirm the price and the schedule with you directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
