How it works
From arrival to finish

We arrive and set up
We hook up to the water first so we can work efficiently, then knock and greet you.

We walk the property with you
If you'd like, our technician walks the property with you so you can point things out and ask questions. We want your input.

We inspect and take photos
While setting up hoses, the technician does a separate inspection to make sure everything looks good before washing, and takes before photos.

We protect your plants
We pre-wet all plants and landscaping. On very warm days, especially with darker siding, we may also pre-wet the house itself to cool the surface first.

We soft wash the house
We wash every surface, working in sections and always staying with the cleaning solution so it's never left unattended. If we need to step away, we rinse first so nothing sits on the surface.

We walk the property again
When we're done, the technician lets you know, offers to walk the property with you, and answers any questions.
Getting ready
Before we arrive
Close all windows, pick up any pet droppings, and keep pets inside. Move cars out of the driveway and unlock gates if needed. Keep the work area clear, and make sure an outside water spigot is available. See our guide to preparing for your service.
