We soft wash your deck only, never pressure washed, whether it's wood or composite. A standard cleaning uses our normal soft wash process with no special chemical treatments.

What comes off, and what doesn't
Setting the right expectation
We remove mold, mildew, algae, and most organic staining. Rust spots will not come out. Deep stains are not part of a standard deck cleaning. They fall under our specialty stain removal service, which is separate.
If your deck needs more
Restoration, sealing, and staining
Wood restoration is available as a separate service. If our technician thinks your wood deck can be restored or would benefit from it, they'll recommend it. We also seal and stain decks and fences.

Before we arrive
Please clear the deck of furniture, grills, planters, and other items so we can reach every surface. If items are left, we'll work around them, but we can't guarantee those areas will be fully cleaned.

Deck cleaning questions
Do you pressure wash decks?
No. We never pressure wash decks, for wood or composite, because pressure damages both. We soft wash only.
Does the process differ for wood versus composite?
No. A standard deck cleaning uses our normal soft wash process, the same way for wood and composite, with no special chemical treatments.
Will deck cleaning remove rust spots or deep stains?
Rust spots will not come out. Deep stains are not part of a standard deck cleaning. They fall under our specialty stain removal service.
