About your screens

Screens are an add on, not included

Screen cleaning is not included in window cleaning, but it's available as an add on. We don't remove screens ourselves, because screens that have been in place a long time can break when pushed out. If you'd like your screens cleaned, take them out and set them by the garage door or a similar spot and let the technician know, and we'll add it to your invoice. If screens are still in when we arrive, that's no problem. We'll let you know and get right to work. We never cancel or reschedule because screens were left in.

Getting ready

Before we arrive

For exterior windows, very little prep is needed. For interior windows, please clear fragile items and anything you'd rather we not move away from the windows. Our technician is happy to help shift small items. If a large piece of furniture like a couch or bed blocks a window, we'll ask you to move it, or we can skip that window. Friendly pets are welcome to supervise, and we'll take our shoes off or keep them on, whatever you prefer.
