After the build, the outside needs a wash
- Concrete Driveways, walks and patios. Mud, dust and dirt washed off.
- Siding Dust and dirt washed off. Mud splashed up from the ground comes off too.
- Exterior windows Outside glass washed with a water-fed pole. Frames and sills rinsed.
- Construction dust Dust that settled on siding, glass and concrete is washed away.

What to expect
What may not come off
Dried mortar, grout and cement splatter can bond to the surface. We cannot promise it comes off.
Paint on concrete or glass may not come off. Stickers on glass are not included.
Oil and rust do not come out of concrete.
A white chalky haze called efflorescence can show up on concrete after cleaning. It comes from inside the concrete.
Cleaning shows the true condition of a surface. Cracks and rough spots that were already there will show.
We rinse window frames and sills. Window tracks and skylights are not included.
Fresh paint or stain on siding can streak when washed. Tell us before you book.
