How Pressure Washing Jobs Are Priced in Sussex County
Here's what actually drives the price for each service, so you know what to expect on the call.

What we're actually measuring
- House washing: mainly square footage. Also the shape of the house, the siding type, how many additions and peaks it has, and anything that sticks out, like decks and porches.
- Roof cleaning: overhanging branches, how accessible the roof is, and whether it's walkable.
- Driveway & concrete cleaning: potential drainage problems, staining, and how heavily soiled it is.
- Concrete sealing: square footage only.
- Paver cleaning: square footage, how dirty it is, how long it's been since the last cleaning, and whether it needs resanding.
- Paver sealing: quoted together with the cleaning, not as a separate price.
- Deck cleaning: the deck material, and what you want done to it. Composite and wood restoration are priced differently.
- Fence cleaning: priced per linear foot, up to 6 feet tall. The rate changes above 6 feet.
- Gutter cleaning: priced per linear foot, and by height. Second-story gutters are priced differently than first-story.
- Exterior window washing: the size of the house and how many windows.
- Interior window cleaning: how many windows.
- Screened porch cleaning: a set add-on price for a standard size. Larger than standard costs more.
- Trash can enclosure cleaning: a set add-on price.
- Outdoor shower cleaning: a set add-on price.
- Commercial: custom tailored to each request.
