Three visit process Fully insured Free quotes
The short version
What you're paying for
A real clean and seal job takes three visits, worked around the weather. We deep clean the pavers, re-sand the joints, and seal them, in that order. Each step needs the last one to be dry before it can start, so the whole job happens over more than one day.
- A full deep clean of every paver
- Joints re-sanded with Techniseal polymeric sand
- A clear sealer that protects without changing the look
- Three visits, worked around the weather
How it works
Three visits
-
1
Visit 1: deep clean
We clean every paver, lifting dirt, algae, and staining.
-
2
Visit 2: re-sand the joints
Once the patio is dry, we re-sand with Techniseal polymeric sand. We recommend the color that best matches your pavers so it does not haze, and you are welcome to choose another.
-
3
Visit 3: seal
Once the new sand has cured, we seal. Our sealer gives a clear, natural finish that does not change the look of your pavers.

Why we skip glossy sealers
Clear, natural, and built for our winters
Glossy and wet look sealers tend to peel and fail in our cold coastal winters, so we do not use them. Our sealer keeps your pavers looking like your pavers, just protected.
Before we seal
Checking for sunken or uneven pavers
Before we seal, we check for sunken or uneven pavers. Sealing over them locks in the problem, and they'll keep sinking and break the seal. If we find any, we'll refer you to a trusted local hardscaper to re-level them first.
Getting ready
Clearing the work area
For the best results, we'll need a clear work area before we begin. If moving furniture is difficult for you, just let us know and our team can help for a small fee. After sealing, give it about 24 hours, then it's ready to walk on, drive on, and enjoy again.
What to expect after
Five to seven years, with a little care
Sealed pavers last five to seven years with proper care. Don't let water sit on the surface, keep leaves blown off, especially in winter, and have it cleaned by someone who knows how to clean sealed pavers without damaging the sealer.
